Fan Agreement

1. Overview

This Fan Agreement applies when you browse, follow, subscribe to, or purchase from Creators on GILDA. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

GILDA connects you with Creators who share original work. You support them through subscriptions, tips, and optional services — always within platform rules and the law.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use GILDA.
• Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• One account per person unless we approve otherwise in writing.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Free tier: Public posts a Creator marks as free are viewable without payment.
• Premium: Unlocks Premium-tier posts from that Creator only.
• VIP: Unlocks Premium and VIP-tier posts from that Creator.
• Payments are processed via our payment partner; follow on-screen instructions to complete checkout.
• Access lasts for the paid period shown at purchase unless stated otherwise.
• Contact unlocks, service bookings, and tips are separate purchases with their own terms at checkout.

4. Fan Conduct

• Be respectful in messages, comments, and live chats.
• Do not demand content that violates our policies or a Creator's boundaries.
• Do not record, screenshot-for-sharing, or redistribute paid content without permission.
• Report abuse or illegal content — do not engage with it.
• Chargebacks in bad faith may result in account suspension.

5. Privacy & Content

Your use of GILDA is subject to our Privacy Policy. Creator content is protected for subscribers; circumventing paywalls or protection features violates this Agreement and may violate copyright.

6. Disputes & Refunds

If a Creator fails to deliver access you paid for due to a platform error, contact billing@gilda.app within 14 days. Refunds are at our discretion and depend on payment partner rules. Disputes with a Creator's content quality are between you and the Creator; we may intervene when policies are violated.
