Community Guidelines

1. Purpose

GILDA is a social network and creator platform where people share original work, build audiences, and support each other through subscriptions and messaging. These Community Guidelines explain how we expect every member — Creators and Fans — to behave so the platform stays welcoming, lawful, and professional.

These guidelines work together with our Terms of Service, Content Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Be Respectful

Treat other users with courtesy in comments, messages, and live interactions.
Do not harass, threaten, bully, or repeatedly contact someone who asked you to stop.
Do not publish private information about others (doxxing) without consent.
Disagree with ideas, not people — no hate toward individuals or groups.
Respect Creator boundaries around messaging, bookings, and paid tiers.

3. Be Authentic

Use your real identity or a consistent persona you control — no impersonation.
Do not misrepresent who you are, your services, or what subscribers will receive.
Label sponsored or promotional content clearly when required.
Do not use bots, fake engagement, or purchased followers to manipulate discovery.

4. Keep the Community Safe

GILDA is strictly 18+. We have zero tolerance for:

Any content or conduct involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context
Non-consensual intimate imagery or coercion
Human trafficking, exploitation, or fraud
Incitement to violence, self-harm, or illegal activity

Report concerns immediately via in-app reporting or safety@gilda.app.

5. Content Standards

GILDA is built for creators across lifestyle, fitness, fashion, art, music, education, entertainment, and similar original work. All posts — free, Premium, or VIP — must follow our Content Policy.

Do not use GILDA primarily to distribute spam, malware, scams, or material that exists only to shock or harm others. We may remove content or restrict accounts that degrade the experience for the wider community.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, feature limits, suspension, or permanent ban. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement. We may update these guidelines as the platform evolves; continued use means you agree to follow the current version.
