Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses GILDA — including the website, app, messaging, payments, uploads, and admin tools. It supplements our Terms of Service and Content Policy.

2. Permitted Use

You may use GILDA to:

• Create and manage a profile as a Fan or Creator (18+ only)
• Publish original content and offer lawful subscription tiers
• Discover Creators, subscribe, message, and book services where offered
• Process payments through our approved payment partners
• Access your wallet, settings, and account data for legitimate purposes

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Upload malware, phishing links, or code designed to harm systems or users
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Platform without written permission
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or payment systems
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate metrics
• Use GILDA for money laundering, unlicensed gambling, or pyramid schemes
• Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
• Resell or sublicense Platform access without authorization
• Collect user data for marketing outside GILDA without consent

4. Security & Access

• Keep your password and device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Notify us promptly at support@gilda.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not share admin credentials or attempt to access other users' private data.
• We may monitor for abuse patterns to protect the service and our users.

5. Enforcement

Breaches of this AUP may lead to content removal, account suspension, termination, and withholding of payouts during investigation. We may cooperate with law enforcement where required. Contact compliance@gilda.app for policy questions.
