Creator Agreement

1. Overview

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") applies when you register or operate as a Creator on GILDA. By posting content or enabling paid tiers, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms of Service, Content Policy, and Community Guidelines.

GILDA provides hosting, discovery, subscriptions, messaging, and payment tools. You remain responsible for your content, your audience relationships, and compliance with applicable law.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts.
• Your profile must accurately represent you or your brand.
• Premium and VIP posting may require an active creator posting plan where applicable.
• Every identifiable person in your content must be 18+ with documented consent.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of original work you upload.
• You grant GILDA a limited licence to host, display, and deliver your content to subscribers as described in the Terms.
• You warrant that you have rights to everything you upload and that it complies with our policies.
• GILDA is a general creator platform — focus on original lifestyle, creative, educational, and entertainment content. Do not use the service for illegal or exploitative material.

4. Monetization

• You set Free, Premium, and VIP pricing where enabled; prices must be clear to Fans.
• Subscriptions grant access per tier (Premium does not include VIP unless stated).
• Services, contact unlocks, and tips are subject to platform fees shown in your dashboard.
• Do not move Fans off-platform to avoid fees for transactions that began on GILDA.

5. Creator Conduct

• Respond honestly about what subscribers receive at each tier.
• Honor booked services and stated response times when you advertise them.
• Do not harass Fans or share their private information.
• Cooperate with moderation requests and consent documentation checks.

6. Payouts & Taxes

Earnings accrue to your GILDA wallet after fees. Withdrawals require valid identity and payment details. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your income. We may withhold payouts during fraud or policy investigations.

7. Termination

You may stop creating at any time. We may suspend or remove Creator access for policy violations. Upon termination, licences end except as needed to operate the service and comply with law.
